Testing of candidates

• Select candidates in accordance with specifics of the client's business.
• Recommend a candidate really suitable for the client based on his or her experience and professional knowledge.
• Assess candidate’s knowledge and experience objectively, not only based on the information provided in the CV.
• On the one hand, provide the candidate with correct information on the client's business to eliminate the gap between expectations and the actual situation. On the other hand, avoid disclosure of information that may cause potential harm to the client.
• Select candidates based not only on the criteria of already accumulated knowledge and experience, but also on the candidate's ability to reduce tax and other risks of the client in the future.

We understand well the value of a properly selected specialist in financial and legal areas. Therefore, before we start our cooperation, we hold a meeting with the client to understand business specifics which may affect the choice of the candidate. On the part of Legal Bridge, the meeting is held by the head of the core-business department or the partner. Similarly, interviews with candidates are held by the head of the core-business department or the company partner.
