We will prepare a business summary on your counterparties (competitors). This summary will contain our conclusions regarding reliability/unreliability of a partner (competitor).
The following information is analyzed when preparing the business summary:
- Whether a business partner makes a profit or experiences losses (based on financial figures in accounting reports for the preceding reporting period)
- Reconfirming founding members (participants) of the counterparty
- Are there any litigations in which the checked organization is involved
- Whether any bankruptcy petition is submitted with respect to the checked organization
- Confirming the validity of data (Tax Reason Code, Primary State Registration Number, etc.) provided by the counterparty
- Checking the counterparty’s legal address with respect to mass / non-mass registration
- Information on registration and the absence of termination of your counterparty business
- Checking a person who signed the Contract for proper authorization and checking an authorized person for disqualification
